Course aim
To provide students with knowledge in respect to advanced sustainable construction concepts and skills needed to manage and deliver sustainable construction projects.
Course content
Building life cycle; sustainable building rating systems; Green Star construction practices (selected examples of best practice are analysed); sustainable building technology; BIM supporting sustainability; intelligent buildings; sustainable retrofit and adaptive re-use.
