Course aim
To provide students with the opportunity to develop an understanding of the relevance of psychology to a range of careers both within and beyond the profession of psychology.
Course content
In this course, students will be supported to develop awareness of the relevance and practical application of psychology to careers both within and beyond the profession of psychology. The course content will encourage students to explore how, when and where psychological theory, principles and practices can be applied in a variety of everyday life situations, including personal, professional and global/societal. Students will be encouraged and supported to explore potential career pathways and to identify the transferable knowledge and skills they will acquire throughout their degree.
