UniSA Online Support Team
Studying can be challenging, especially when you are also juggling work and other life commitments. You’re not studying 9-5, Monday to Friday, which is why we provide personalised support services over extended hours – including on weekends – so you can get help when you need it. Stay connected with our UniSA Online support team who will provide you with one-to-one personalised assistance from enrolment, and throughout your studies to graduation.
Student Advisers
Our Student Advisers will be an important part of your student journey – they’ll help you enrol, discuss your study goals and communication preferences, and will be your first point of call for all your questions. They’ll give you advice on appropriate support services and resources available to you and will help schedule appointments with specialised services if required.

Online Course Facilitators/casual academics
Our academics specialise in online learning, and will provide highly personalised support tailored to your needs. If you have a question related to your course, and your OCF or casual academic is online, you can receive prompt feedback. Otherwise you can expect to receive a response within 24 hours. You’ll also have direct access to after hours learning support via Studiosity, who can provide you with individualised study advice.

Your academic staff are available 7 days a week. Log in to learnOnline to connect with staff and students using course email, course forums and instant messages.
Campus Central
You can take advantage of a range of personal, academic and social support services. We have offices and staff on each campus who are available to answer your questions and to help make your life at university easier. You can contact us by phone, enquire/chat online, or in person. We have an office located on each campus for your convenience.
