UO Introduction to Human Behaviour
Course aim
This course introduces students to a range of key concepts common to the fields of psychology and organisational behaviour. Through developing an understanding of existing approaches and perspectives to human behaviour, students will be encouraged to apply this knowledge to enhance their own self-insight.
Course content
This course includes an introduction to key areas of psychology including the self, personality and emotion.
Students will be introduced to theoretical approaches common to organisational behaviour including motivation,
teamwork, decision making and ethics.
