To prepare students for managerial careers within the hospitality industry, focusing on the management of business operations through the lens of key departments including marketing, finance, HRM, risk and logistics.

Overview of Hospitality Organisations; Product and service design; Service delivery and quality; Marketing operations for hospitality; Logistics and inventory control; Risk, safety and security; Human resources in hospitality; Hospitality finance- part 1; Hospitality finance- part 2; Managing sustainability.
