UO Digital Business Value

Course aim
To extend students' understanding of the value of digital business transformation by identifying potential digital disruptors that could be implemented to address a real-world business challenge, evaluate the different proposed digital disruption solutions, build a value case, and produce a recommendation that could be taken to stakeholders.
Course content
Develop a value case to demonstrate the value of implementing digital technology to address a business challenge similar to those that Accenture works on for clients. Defining the value case and recommendation will include research of industry challenges, assessment of different digital technologies, definition of prioritisation criteria and assessment against the criteria, development of the business case and presentation of the solution.
