Course aim

The course aims to develop students' engineering application abilities and professional and personal attributes
as defined by Engineers Australia. Particularly, it introduces students to relevant concepts, principles and
techniques for effective leadership and management of engineering projects. Students will work in
multidisciplinary teams to demonstrate the application of the socio-cultural, ethical and sustainable frameworks
related to engineering projects.

Course content

Activities will help students develop an understanding of the issues when working on multidisciplinary projects
and expose them to a range of tools and techniques required in their discipline. Students will work on projects
that will develop their communication, project management, teamwork and critical thinking skills.
