Course aim
To extend and consolidate the students’ technical knowledge and skills of modern quantity surveying practices and cost management services on complex construction projects including building services and civil engineering works.
Course content
Introduction to alternative standard method of measurements; Measurement and billing process for multi-storey buildings, building services and civil engineering works; Cost management services for complex buildings, building services and civil engineering works.
