Course aim

This course uses theories, contemporary research and evidence to examine how offending behaviour, and experiences of victimisation and the criminal justice system may be impacted by gender, gender identity and sexual orientation.

Course content

This course explores how variations of gender identity and sexual orientation impact on social perceptions, legal access and criminal justice responses to both perpetrators and victims of crime.
