Course aim
To extend students' abilities in the methods and principles of experimenting creatively with Motion Design.
Course content
Students will build on their graphic design skills by: developing concepts of motion design, applying design principles to 2D motion graphics and exploring how timing, motion, and visual movement synchronised with sound can convey meaning. Students will create animations that demonstrate effective communication through development of narrative and theme. They will explore the core principles of animation by creating short motion graphic clips.
