Course aim
To develop a theoretical understanding and practical knowledge of both the individual and collective aspects of employment law.
Course content
The Australian workplace relations framework, employment status, formation of the employment contract and general terms, managing workplace behaviour, workplace bullying and harassment, employers’ obligations, unfair dismissal, bargaining, industrial action, adverse action and unlawful termination.
