Course aim

To develop students' understanding of organisational learning and leadership and to apply theories to real world contexts.

Course content

Leadership and leading changes; traits, behaviours, and relationships; leader personality, traits, and emotions; courage and moral leadership; followership; motivation and empowerment; leading teams; power and social influence; shaping organisational culture.
