What happens after I enrol?
Once you've been admitted into your degree, you'll receive an email that contains your Student ID, student email, login and password, along with a step-by-step guide on how to enrol.
The Student Adviser team is also here to help! After being admitted, you'll receive a phone call to welcome you to UniSA Online and help answer any questions you may have, including:
- the type of academic support you will receive
- key dates to remember
- system requirements to study online and take online exams
- guidance on HECS-HELP set-up
- University-wide support services
- general study planning and preparation tips.
