Course aim

To assist students in enhancing their employability through investigating career options and pathways, and exploring the impact of the labour market and an individual’s values, interests and other competencies on career satisfaction.

Introduction to the concepts of employability and career planning/management, knowledge and tools to enhance career decision-making through exploration of self, the world of work and career-focused opportunities, and development of career self-marketing skills and techniques.
